In the quest for unique chocolate makers producing directly in their country of origin, Premifair discovered this bean-to-bar producer in Thailand. There, exclusive collections are handcrafted in small micro-batches.

Fine Selection of Thai Single Origin Chocolates

The fine selection of single origin chocolates includes bars from various single regions of Thailand. Local sourcing means fresher beans, resulting in better taste and a longer-lasting product without preservatives. Their passion lies in imprinting their own signature in their bean-to-bar chocolates, culminating in a distinctive flavor profile.

Indulgence without Guilt

Paradai engages in direct trade with local small-scale farmers, without any intermediaries. Cocoa is grown in agroforestry systems alongside numerous crops. Although sustainable and pesticide-free, small cocoa farmers cannot afford organic certification, so the chocolates are not certified.

Paradai Excels in International Competition

Paradai won the “World Best Dark Chocolate Award” in 2022, as well as the “Best in Competition” award at the International Chocolate Awards, and has been winning numerous awards since 2018. The chocolates are of the highest quality and rank among the best dark chocolates in the world.

Finest Thai Taste and Design

Paradai collaborates with a local illustrator friend, wrapping their chocolates in beautiful recycled paper with designs inspired by traditional Thai patterns. The unmistakable style with iconic, exotic, and tropical elements is reflected in the packaging.
