Die "Ver Sacrum" Ohrstecker sind inspiriert von den schmiedeeisernen Lorbeerblättern der Kuppel der Wiener Secession. Josef Maria Olbrich gestaltete 1898 das Ausstellungshaus das sich der aktuellen Moderne verschrieb. Bis heute gilt die goldene Kuppel als Wahrzeichen des Wiener Jugendstils. "Ver Sacrum", lateinisch für „Heiliger Frühling“ gilt als Wahlspruch für eine neue Kunstströmung. Genau dieser Spruch soll Innovation und Tradition verbinden. Denn Wiener Moderne trifft hier auf 3D Druck in Form von federleichten Schmuckstücken.
For the collection of glass lanterns, we were inspired by the glow of the glacier on a clear full moon night. The lanterns are made of satinised glass and are surrounded by a black matt metal ring with a silhouette by the Artist Esther Gerber.
